Good therapy is a place where you feel accepted, yet you are pushed to change. You are safe to be who you are, but you also feel safe to change.

If you are in recovery and you want to grow and get the most out of yourself, hold onto this one thought: Find a place where you feel accepted and where you are also pushed to change yourself.
