Your Experience is Your Recovery

What am I grateful for?

My life experience, I’ve done and seen a lot. Sure there are many more things to see and do, so many I will never get to over a thousand lifetimes. So I am thankful that I’ve seen so much, so far.

I’m thankful for who I am, most of the time. I tolerate the fool in me more than I used to. Kevin

Memories…

No one can steal them from you, except perhaps disease or drugs. They are yours, even though you likely do not have any paperwork proving it. You share them every day, and sleep with them at night.

Your experience, your memories are the only thing that you can truly take with you wherever you go.

Today, live into your day. Love. Be. Smile. Smell. Taste. Hold hands. Hug. Be grateful. Thank your family. Appreciate. For every action that you take to live your life, you expand and experience more of what life has in store for you.
