Your emotions matter. Having emotions does not make you weak or more susceptible to being manipulated.
Your mental health cannot, will not exist without your emotional health.

In reality, your emotions make you who you are.
Your mental health is not a private, special part of your life… separate from what is happening (or not happening) in your work, your relationships, your spiritual lives, your creativity, your sense of meaning and feeling valued.
Your mental health cannot, will not exist without your emotional health.
Today, I invite you to ask yourself, “What do I need in order to be emotionally well?”
What can you do to move towards getting more of what you need? Or accepting the life that is in front of you and finding a way to make the most of the time that you have?
