How are Making Time for Hope this Summer?

“Hopeful thinking requires space.”

Wendy Edey, Therapist. April, 2018

I wanted to drop a note to let you know that for the summer, I will post less frequently.  The past few months have felt like my family life has become very busy and more demanding. I have not been sleeping well and this seemed to take a toll on my energy levels and overall sense of well-being.

What spaces are you creating in your day and in your life to replenish your hope?

I will continue to post over the summer, it will just be less ofen. In the coming weeks, I will post quotes and a few articles. I also have several bloggers who will write guest articles on Getting High on Recovery.

I am looking forward to some family time this summer, travelling to Montreal for a conference and taking a week in the mountains.

What are you up to this summer that is renewing?

As the quote says at the beginning of this post, “Hopeful thinking requires space.” What spaces are you creating in your day and in your life to replenish your hope?

One final thing, I want to thank you for continuing to read my blog. Please have a look through my earlier posts and let me know what you think!

Keep it Real!
