  1. What I love about my brief skim of Fell’s book are the words he used to attack relevant points. The title in and of itself resonates bing bam boom. Other word combinations like ‘lightening strike,’ and ‘moments of epiphany’ also resonate. I believe anybody who is ready to shift a stubborn behavior right now ( at hare speed ) can relate. This book can actually give them something to get excited about, to look forward to, since hopefully that’s the way they want to go. Super find!
