Elvis Presley. You may remember him: Studs, Las Vegas, Jail House Rock. In his day, he was the King of Rock. My father loved Elvis and would play the White Christmas record over and over until I thought I lived in a department store. Elvis is the King of just enough wisdom that it sticks. I was listening to a song of his this morning at the end of my workout, “A little less conversation, a little more action please.” To change a habit, what we need is a little more action and a little less conversation.
