Your attitude will change your well-being
___
What has you trapped?
You probably are not trapped in a prison with bars and locks, but you are in a prison. It may be your body, your health, your debt, or more correctly it may be your mind.

You may not know it, but you are in a prison.
Sean Stephenson was born with steogenesis imperfecta, which renders him three feet tall, with fragile bones, and confined to a wheelchair. My first response upon seeing him was that I felt pity for him. But that was quickly wiped away.
He is more than a speaker, more than inspirational. He lives with physical limitations that render him unable to complete most daily functions without help. But he is free. His freedom makes him attractive, and he wants to share it with you and with me.
He has a simple message with that can change how you think about yourself and your life:
- Never believe a prediction that does not empower you
- You are not your condition
- The real prison is your mind
His talk is changing how I think about myself.
If you let him in, what Stephenson says is like a virus. He will challenge your diagnosis and your disabilities. He will challenge your limits and your excuses.

I hope to see you in the comments.
Keep it Real
